Motion Control
14 years ago, we were already producing labeling
equipment with 7-axis motion control and the first company utilizing
stepper motor feed systems. Because commercial multi-axis controllers
were not readily available then, we designed our own. Most of
these systems continue to be in use.
Today
our equipment uses PLC controls and other commercially available
motion controllers such as Duloi, Galil, AB/Rockwell and others
for easy serviceability and lower cost. With full-color touch-screen
operator interfaces, we make complex control functions intuitive
and understandable for even unskilled operators. For maintenance
personnel, we provide modern documentation that takes advantage
of computer availability in the workplace. Although our operator's
manuals are provided in traditional paper format, we also provide
Adobe generated documentation that uses hyperlinks and graphics
to instantly navigate to troubleshooting and parts guides. We
are experts at servo and stepper motion used in controlling mechanical
devices. By providing electronic "gearing", we eliminate the need
for clumsy linkages or jackshafts for safety, high reliability
and exceptional flexibility.
